Hanabi is a DIY trivet design made from off-cut wood waste.
Massive off-cut waste was abandoned in the mass wooden production. Usually, the waste will be crushed and burned for other purposes. It'll be such a pity for the beautiful natural wood.
I reuse the waste to organize the length and form. All the sticks are the same modular. Each unit can be DIY with a special joint. And an assemblable design can also reduce the package volume. Hanabi creates a new view of waste.
